Welcome to our newly renovated 19th-century cottage. Relax on the cosy veranda and enjoy the countryside, with fields around the corner and a grand maple tree in the garden – the tree that gave the cottage its name (stora lönn means “big maple”).
Up to seven guests stay in two bedrooms, with a shower room and a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace. Kids get two swings, a trampoline (in summer) and plenty of toys indoors and out.
The cottage is 5 minutes from the E6/E20 motorway and just 2 km from Falkenberg town centre. Skrea beach, Vallarna park and four golf courses are within 10 km, and Gekås in Ullared is about 30 minutes away.

Beds
Bedroom 1: bunk bed 140 + 90 cm (upper bunk max 80 kg). Bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together. Living room: 140 cm sofa bed.
Provided
Duvets and pillows, dish soap, cleaning products, hand soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, salt, pepper, sugar, grill seasoning and rapeseed oil.
Please bring
Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel – plus a Type 2 cable if you want to charge your EV.
Extras
Bed linen and towels SEK 200/person. Final cleaning SEK 1,500. Baby cot free on request (0–3 yrs). Let us know in advance – Swish, Vipps, PayPal or cash.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Keypad lock on the door – you get the code on the morning of arrival.
House rules
Max 7 guests. No pets (service animals only). No smoking – including vaping. Quiet hours 11 pm–7 am. No parties or events.
